Do I have to pay for a return?
Returns are free of charge if the value of the unreturned products from the order is at least 34.90 €, if the value of the unreturned products is less than 34.90 €, selected customers may incur return costs of 1.90 €, which also applies to full returns. The application of the possible return costs can be clearly seen at the checkout before the purchase is made.
