Do I get a refund of shipping costs when I return my order?
You will be refunded the value of your order, including the original shipping costs, if you return your entire order.
Please note: Returns are free of charge if the value of the unreturned items in your order is at least 34,90€. If this value is below 34,90€, selected customers may incur return costs of 1,90€ this also applies to full returns. If return costs apply to your order, this will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
