Can I have my package delivered to a parcel shop?

For a large variety of items, you are able to choose a parcel shop that accepts Hermes packages instead of a private delivery address.

Please note: If your order is shipped to your home address and the delivery fails, it will also be redirected to a parcel shop. In this scenario, the exact pickup location is often only visible in the tracking if you have a personal account with the carrier (e.g. Post AT).
