In Austria our items are shipped in collaboration with our shipping partners Hermes and Post AT.

Important note: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your package will be redirected to a parcel shop or post office. To see the exact pickup location in the tracking information, you will need a personal customer account directly with the shipping service provider (e.g. Post AT).
