What does my status mean, how do I get it, and what can I do with it?

You can view your current status level in your Coins Wallet. There are four status levels in total (Explorer, Insider, Trendsetter & Icon). Your current level is based on your order volume (after returns) for the current year. Your status level and its associated benefits are automatically updated 30 days after your last order, provided your most recent order unlocked a new level. The level you achieve in the current year is also valid for the following year, during which you will need to maintain it. You can check your wallet to see the order volume required to unlock the next level or to maintain your current one. You can also view the benefits of the various status levels directly in your Coins Wallet.
